With the deepening of marketing economy and reform in China, small-and-medium-size enterprises have accounted for half of the total economy. Unfortunate, they are facing many difficulties nowadays, such as shortage of capital, scant innovations, lack of human resources and nonstandard manganese so an and so forth, financing problems, in particular, has become a bottle neck, which severely hinders the economy. Essentially, financing ways are systematically arranged, especially under marketing economy, the financing modes will not only be confined with the enterprise itself, but be bounded on economically financial circumstances and financial system of a country. This paper mainly analyse the presenting conditions and the causes of financing plight from the following three aspects: National macro-policyÃÆ' £Ãƒ ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚ ¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚ Financial systemÃÆ' £Ãƒ ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚ ¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚ quality of the enterprises itself, then we come to the conclusion. They are the principal factors which make the small-medium sized enterprises hard to finance, such as the imperfection social financing systemÃÆ' £Ãƒ ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚ ¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚ immaturity of credit warrantyÃÆ' £Ãƒ ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚ ¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚ asymmetric information of the enterprisesÃÆ' £Ãƒ ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚ ¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚ unsound system of enterprises themselvesÃÆ' £Ãƒ ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚ ¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚ the low credits and so on. On the bases of benefiting from foreign experiences and fundamental realities of our country, we will get down to improve the quality of their own. At the same time, we also accelerate to build multi-levels, all- dimensional, perfect supportive financing system and improve the macro-policy environment . In this case, we can ensure the quick and healthy development of small-medium sized enterprises and even our whole national economy. Introduction Since Chinas socialist market economy system and its multiple coexisting forms of ownership were established, many small and medium enterprises have sprung up, in particular privately owned small and medium enterprises. In every countrys national economy, small and medium enterprises numerically make up over 90% of companies, accounting for around 60% of employment and over half of output. They play an irreplaceable role in a nations economy. In China, however, owing to historical and systemic reasons, small and medium enterprises cannot be compared to large scale enterprises in terms of financing, tax take and market competitiveness, and are at a clear disadvantage. In order to promote the stable and healthy growth of small and medium enterprises, the central government along with local governments have given them great support both in legislation and in policy. The Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, which came into force on Janu ary 1, 2003, designates general regulations for support given to small and medium enterprises in financing and setting up enterprises, technological innovation, market development and service to the community. However, according to media reports, the Financing Climate Index for small and medium enterprises fell to 68.8 in the second quarter of 2004, which is classified as unfavourable and marks a fall of 3.7 points on the last quarter. The figure is 44.2 points lower than that for large-scale enterprises. 38.2% of small and medium enterprises felt that access to financing was a problem. The increase in the difficulty of obtaining financing for enterprises has aggravated the already severe strains on liquid funds in small and medium enterprises. Barriers to access to financing are without a doubt on of the main impediments to the development of enterprises, and in particular small and medium enterprises. From the analysis of this survey, we can see that the difficulty in getting acce ss to financing has created a bottleneck in the development of small and medium enterprises, and that to some degree, the financing of small and medium enterprises has become a constraining factor on the development of Chinas national economy. In China, there are three main factors that affect the financing problem of small-and-medium-size enterprises, namely, enterprises themselves, financing organization and Government of which high managing risks, poor profitability and shortage of fixed assets are the interior reason, more important is that the information between bank and enterprises is not on the basis of reciprocity and the loans are cut down, the financial circles in China are being integrated. The financial circumstances and systems led by the government are the deeper reasons. Countermeasures to solve the financing problem of SMEs Research Part I. A self-building to strengthen SMEs SMEs in financing problems are not caused by one or two factors, but the role of various factors in the above formed. So both the source of SME financing or external sources, including the financing issues, not just rely on one or two efforts can be fully resolved, its solution requires medium itself, the central and local government agencies and banks and other Financial institutions can better work together to solve them. (A)Regulate the internal management of SMEs, improve their overall quality. (C)To correctly handle the relationship between financial institutions First, the government and the relationship between security agencies, SME credit guarantee institutions, while a policy-oriented organizations, but security agencies are engaged in the business market, should reflect a certain degree of independence, the implementation of corporate management, so arrangements should be separated from the government know, market selection. The government set the identity of the major shareholders of policy guidance and external oversight. Followed by the security relationship between institutions and banks, guarantee agencies and banks have been the two interests is the relationship between the divisions of work. First, the guarantee agency business is the admissibility of a large bank that the credit risk business, these guarantee agencies to convince the banks have a risk management measures, credit rating and to maintain a certain degree of transparency of banks to increase the banks trust degrees. Secondly, in terms of banks, guarantee agencies involved, the banks moral hazard the enterprise, business risk onto the security company. Therefore, the banks and guarantee agencies should strengthen the ties of mutual understanding, the initiative to undertake part of the loan risk, the formation of risk and profit sharing relationships. Finally, security agencies and the relationship between SMEs, the credit guarantees and pays off the secured and the associated relationships. To handle the relationship between the two, first of all, the process of cooperation between the two should be kept in the utmost good faith, the enterprise should faithfully reflect the actual situation, strict compliance; Second, properly handle the issue the guarantee fee, guarantee fee income is the main security agencies sources to maintain the balance of payments, while small and medium enterprises are looking to lower financing costs, therefore, to reasonably determine the guaranteed rate to form a win-win situation. The rapid development of credit guarantee, but due to lack of necessary legal protection and restraint, and our Guarantee Law is not really a credit security law, it is the behavior of the NPC enacted the Basic Law guarantees adjustment, which implement the general Civil and Commercial Law the principle of equal protection of the civil subject, and transaction security and interests of creditors, credit guarantee and credit guarantee for the industry not covered by law. In view of this, the credit as soon as possible to develop specific legislation to regulate and guide the credit guarantees industry. Part II. To create a favorable financing environment of SMEs To develop support policies targeted (A)The reason why small and medium enterprises in China is still in the early stages of development, management system and management were very irregular, a very important reason is that our Government has not paid attention to the development of SMEs, the relevant preferential policies tilted only to large enterprises. Therefore, the state should be in accordance with the rules of market economy, the introduction of more support for SMEs on the development of policies to guide SMEs to participate in fair competition, promote small and medium enterprises to standardize direction. Located in Guangdong Province, the Guangdong Ronsen Super Micro-Wire Co, Ltd. (previously known as the Zhuhai Ronsen Electrical Manufacturing Co. Ltd) is a specialized manufacturer of electronics, mechanical equipment, and power supplies using enameled wires. The company was incorporated in Zhuhai in 1991, with a registered capital of 1.5 million RMB. Shareholder investment came from the Sichuan Southwestern Electronics Factory, the Zhuhai Special Economic Zone Development Corporation, and the Hong Kong Everbest Machinery Industry Co Ltd. Following more than ten years of hard work, in 2002 the company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise by the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province. The main business is production and sale of fine enameled wire, fine enameled raw materials for the production of micro-inductors, micro relays, micro motors, magnetic heads, headphones, micro speakers, and other electronic components. Production development is mainly focused on m icro type, heat resistance, composite coating, white coating, straight welding, and suitability for high-speed winding machines. Total annual demand for enameled wire in China is around 300,000 tons. In June 2005, to adapt to market trends and meet customer demand for high quality fine enameled wiring, Ronsen proposed a plan for expansion of production of fine wire and industrialized production of special enameled wire. An increase in the proportion of technologically advanced products enables increased economic efficiency and enhanced competitiveness. Many years of effort have enabled Ronsen to reach its current scale, with total annual sales of around fifty million RMB. However, the company lacked the capacity to quickly meet market demand and expand the manufacturer of high-level products. Therefore, they needed new strategic investors. Seeking strategic cooperation with a venture capital company, in early 2006, Ronsen requested a strategic partnership with the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Venture Capital Co. The strategic alliance aimed to speed up the companys expansion plans, and establish a more standardized corporate governance and internal management mechanism. After a thorough investigation, evaluation, and exchange with the companys management and business philosophy, the venture capital company decided to proceed with the investment. In November 2006, the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Venture Capital Co. invested 10 million RMB, taking a 25% stake in the business. The alliance with the venture capital company drove technological advances. In 2007, the Ronsen fine enameled wire industrialization project won the top scientific and technological progress prize in Zhuhai City. Joint-stock reform ensured even greater progress. Alliance with the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Venture Capital Co. was enhanced with regular exchange and communication between corporate management and shareholders on strategy for future development, as well as strengthened cooperation with intermediaries. In order to promote the standardized operation of the business, and meet the future requirements for securing financing on the stock market, the company has promoted a joint-stock reform process. On October 10, 2006, the joint-stock reform was formally completed, and the company changed its name to the Guangdong Ronsen Super Micro-Wire Co, Ltd. Following the joint-stock reform, the companys registered capital was forty-two million RMB. After its accession to the WTO, China has gradually emerged as the worlds major processing center. Ronsen has drawn up a new development plan to establish a new modern production base in Zhuhai, doubling existing production capacity within two to three years, while continuing the research and development of high-quality products that meet the requirements of high-end customers. High quality products, good service, standardized management will create a first-class enterprise. Ronsens ability to bring in a venture capital company at the right time enabled a rapid development in a short few years that would otherwise have taken much longer. This case shows that investment by venture capital companies is a suitable development strategy for SMEs. This type of investment can improve investment efficiency and broaden the scope of the development, having a profound impact on enterprise breakthrough.

The classical approach of management was widely appraised and accepted and remained popular and practiced throughout the twentieth century. however, despite the popularity and wide acceptance of classical theories, there are some important weaknesses of the approach that invited criticism against the theory and along with time the experts started thinking that the classical approach is no longer effective for the management of workplace matters and there is essential need of developing another management theory that can cover the flaws of the classical management theory (Mullins, 2004, p83). The classical management theory was criticized on some basic issues, for instance, it was argued that the developers of this theory have based their idea on their work experience because Taylor and Fayol both worked with large manufacturing firms having stable environments that could not be generalized to all the working environments. It is also argued that the assumptions made for this theory a re mostly untested because the assumptions were not based upon scientific tests but on the value judgments and beliefs of the theorists. The theory assumes that the life of workers end begins and ends at the plant door and they are always motivated by money and thus they work just for money (Aitken and Hughm 1985, p165). We will write a custom essay sample on Criticism and Implication of Classical Approach to Modern Work Environment or any topic specifically for you Only $17.96 $11.86/pageorder now These assumptions were failed because there are several other important needs besides money that employees want to be addressed by the management but the classical approach does not recognize those needs(Head, 2005, p54). The criticism raised to the classical approach raised the needs of developing another approach for management because the classical approach failed to address some basic and important concerns of the managers and the workers. This dissatisfaction led towards the evolution of neoclassical management approach and some other management theories like the work relation management approach were developed (Kanigel, 1997, p18).

People Allow Adversity To Rid Them Of Hope....

People allow adversity to rid them of hope. Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut highlights the pitfalls of mankind in their perception of love, death, war, and societal norms through the unusually clear lenses of Billy Pilgrim. Pilgrim’s acceptance towards life relieves him of the weight of the world; however, even Pilgrim is unable to remain indifferent about war. Billy Pilgrim encounter with the Tralfamadorians granted him an extraterrestrial way of thinking. Billy Pilgrim’s profession as an optometrist symbolizes his awareness to the corruption in the world he lives in. Pilgrim’s ability to see to the corruption in the world correlates on how he relinquishes his knowledge to his patients, to the reader. Billy Pilgrim went to Ilium†¦show more content†¦Granville Hicks notes how war leaves soldiers disillusioned and, â€Å"The terrible destruction of Dresden is... an example of the way the military mind operates† (Hicks 602-603). Pilgrim sees th e trivialities of war, while exhibiting disdain for other aspects in life; this demonstrates the effect war had on him. In Novels for Students, Kurt Vonnegut Jr. speaks about how the bombing of Dresden made the terrain look like the moon, Pilgrim noticed that â€Å"Nobody talked much as the expedition crossed the moon. There was nothing appropriate to say. One thing was clear: Absolutely everybody in the city was supposed to be dead, regardless of what they were, and that anybody that moved in it represented a flaw in the design† (Vonnegut 260). The soldiers, left speechless at the carnage, Pilgrim states that â€Å"We had been foolish virgins in the war, right at the end of childhood... you’ll be played in the movies by Frank Sinatra and John Wayne or some of those other glamorous, war-loving, dirty old men. And war will look just wonderful, so we’ll have a lot more of them† (Vonnegut 18). War lost all glamourous appeals; the monotonous task of fighting in the military wore on Billy Pilgrim and made him question his participation in the war. The alienating experience of war separates soldiers from everyday people; civilians never see the horrors of war, they never see the casualties and deaths, they never suffer from the traumas of war.

The Prevelance of Diabetes in the Hispanic Culture

The earliest inhabitants of Mexico are believed to have been hunters who migrated from Asia approximately 18,000 years ago. Over time they built organized civilizations with distinct cultures like the Olmec, Teotihuacan, Mayan, Toltec, Zapotec, Mixtec, and Aztecs. These societies excelled in the fields of art, architecture, mathematics, astronomy, and agriculture. In 1517 the Spanish explorer Francisco Fernà ¡ndez de Cà ³rdoba landed on the Yucatà ¡n, peninsula and four years later the Spanish Conquistador Hernando Cortà ©z conquered the Aztec empire. For the next 300 years, Mexico, or New Spain, would remain under colonial rule. In the Spring of 1846 American forces quickly occupied New Mexico and California, then invaded parts of Northeastern Mexico, Northwest Mexico and captured Mexico City. In the fall of 1847 the war ended with the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. This event was the greatest territorial expansion of the United States and was responsible for the annexation of approximately 80,000 Mexican citizens. In 1910 the Mexican Revolution forced Mexicans to cross the border into the United States, in search of safety and employment. In 1917 with the advent of World War 1 factories in war-related industries in the United States desperately need more workers. Latinos from the Southwest begin moving north in large numbers in search of employment (Meyer, Sherman, Deeds, 1995). The migration of people from Mexico to the United States has been a regular occurrence for

Cup Crew free essay sample

How will you enrich our campus, and what qualities do you think you obtain? Staring back at me from the other half is the bright and bold yellow lettering that spelled out Cup Crew on the opposing team’s jerseys. I meet eyes with a couple of the opposing teams’ players as if to say, â€Å"I’m coming for you, and I’m ready†. I know what to expect from Cup Crew, after all, I’ve played them 3 times before this. My warm up is focused, cool, and contempt—and I can tell my team is more than ready for one of the most important games of our lives. Before I step onto the pitch I take five seconds to think to myself, about all my team has accomplished this year, â€Å"just have to keep working harder† I say to myself. We start off a little shaky in the first half, conceding one goal and not playing our game. We will write a custom essay sample on Cup Crew or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page The half is about to end when all of a sudden the ball soars across the box so smooth. I find the ball with the lace of my cleat, I lace the ball with such finesse, it finds the upper nine of the net. I took my chance and capitalized on it, now the game is tied, back to the grind. The second half has little remorse for the first, as I come out like a raging bull looking to change the tide of this game. My team and I find ourselves down by 1 after a defensive melt down occurs in the back line. I’m not one to quit so easily, so I picked up the ball and hustled to the center circle for one last offensive drive. I make one last attempt for goal but it was too late. I look up into the dark, moon lit sky in frustration, knowing that we have just lost. As I lay out in the field, almost tearing up at the anger of my journey ending so close the championship, I think to myself. â€Å"I have gained a lot from this experience† â€Å"You can knock me down, but I’ll get back up† â€Å"you can give me a challenge, and Ill persevere through it†. I finally sit up with a sly grin on my face, â€Å" I guess I’ll have to come back hungrier than before†. I whisper under my breath as I walk back towards the lights and the bench, â€Å"Back on that grind†.

Conceptual Framework of Corporate Culture †MyAssignmenthelp.com

Question: Discuss about the Conceptual Framework of Corporate Culture. Answer: Introduction: Organizational development is crucial for the improvement of firms productivity and profitability. The development of organization is caused due to certain factors, which helps in the improvement of organizational culture. Establishment of effective culture within the organization leads to the improvement of employees behavior and performances. The employee performance is considered to be the main backbone of the organization that helps in effective development. Employees loyalty mostly relies on the awareness and knowledge of the culture existing within the organization. According to Campbell and Gritz, (2014) organizational culture was initially identified by Administrative science quarterly. The norms and values of the employees are set in accord to management culture and practices. This awareness about the quality leads to the improvement of employee and organizational development. Various attributes of culture is arranged according to the attitudes and norms that helps the individuals to differentiate an organization from other. The success of an organization depends upon its established values. This approach makes the firm effective and achieves its desired goals in the long-run. The set of behavior, norms, beliefs and values makes the culture of the organization more effective. The knowledge about the corporate culture is obtained through beliefs and understanding through large groups. According to Fu and Deshpande, (2014) culture is known as the mixture of beliefs, values, behavior and communications that provides guidance to its people. Culture is generated from sharing in the process of learning, which is based upon allocation of resources in a systematic manner. Multifaceted set of values and beliefs helps in presenting different level of culture within the organization in an effective manner. Organizational culture helps in creating the overall effectiveness of the management. As per Tong, Tak and Wong, (2015) business decisions are made in a more improved and systematic manner due to effective organizational culture. Culture within an organization depends upon the national and international culture differentiation that arises in culture management. In the recent times, organizational culture is interrelated to management. The most vital factor that creates positive culture management includes integration of high standard of corporate culture and structural stability (Ramdhani, Ramdhani Ainissyifa, 2017). Organizational culture is varied due to different ethics, backgrounds and racial differences that create positive or negative impacts on the performance. The attraction of management norms, beliefs and values has strong impact upon the sustainability and performance. According to Hameed et al., (2014) employees behavior affects the management of organizational culture and sustainable performance level in the management. This further leads to the attainment of firms profitability. Various kind of culture can be ascertained in the following ways: The beliefs and values of the organization culture that is shared among the various departments of an organization leads to gaining counter culture. The organizational performance of the firm is based on the contribution for strong culture that leads to creating strong association between the management and performance (Hornstein, 2015). Subculture is defined as organizational segments with varied sets of belief and norms as per the job requirements, geographical areas and job requirements (Jalal, 2017). Employee commitment towards the firms is completely based on the perceptions of the employees that affect their organizational culture. The similar types of beliefs and values that employees hold within the organization is known as strong culture. When the employee embraces higher quality of culture then the values and beliefs of the firm is considered to be strong. Strong culture also reduces the existing gap that would affect employee relationship. The organizational rules should be considered with utmost importance by the employees. The policies, objectives and procedures designed by top-level management should influence the employees behavior to gain competitive advantage. According to Bortolotti, Boscari and Danese, (2015) such organization has loosely knit cultures that requires pushing the attitudes, beliefs and thoughts of an individual to be highly innovative. The diversity between organizational culture and personal objectives leads to creation of such management of procedures and rules to create a perfect association between them. Dimensions of Organizational Culture: In order to ascertain the culture present in an organization, it is relevant to analyze the different organizational dimensions. As per Hofstedes, the organizational cultural dimensions can be identified by evaluating the factors. Power Distance: this is known as the degree of management and employee behavior, which is completely set upon the relationship between informal and formal set of planning action. Individualism: this dimension differentiates the self-interest and organizational interest existing within the organization. Uncertainty avoidance: the ambiguity and uncertainty that is entirely based on tolerance facilitates in mitigating the willingness of the people (Liden et al., 2015). Masculinity: this dimension showcases the avoidance of promotion and caring instead of demonstrating success based on ambition and challenges. The organizational culture is affects the personality and performances of the employees within the organization. In addition to this dimensions, there are two other factors that affects the employees behavior. They are identified as affective and individual while the other one as self transcendence and self enhancements. The standards help in displaying a contractual relationship between both the professional and personal life (Firuzjaeyan, Firuzjaeyan Sadeghi, 2015). Such standards describe the perfect association between management and performance. moreover, the various different dimensions of culture has also been known as universalism versus particularize, emotional versus neutral, specific verses diffuse, achievement versus ascription, communication versus individualism and attitude towards environment and attitude to time. The model presented by Hofstedes has seven dimensions that provides in presenting an effective relationship between various set of values and norms. Organizational Performance: Performance is achieved when the employees fulfils the desired mission set by the organization (Lonial Carter, 2015). Various researchers have perceived performance differently but most of the organization has related performance as the measurement of effectiveness of individual towards the organizational goals. As per Jalal (2017) the job of the employees is to build degree of achievement for a particular mission and target that defines the level of performances. According to certain researchers, different thoughts, beliefs and attitudes has been identified as the measurement of output and input efficiency, which leads to transactional association. Organizational strategies should be designed in such a manner that the goals and objectives of the organization should be achieved to create effective organizational performance. As mentioned by Miraglia and Wei, (2017) equity based upon high level of returns leads to effective management of resources so that the organizational performance improves. Impact of Organizational Culture: Organizational culture provides the framework required for the positive and better working environment. As suggested by Liden et al., (2015), depending upon the cultures type created within the management leads to have a negative or positive impact on the employees performance. in an organizational culture, where employees are regarded as the vital part of organizational growth culture leads to fosters the commitment of employees towards the organization. Positive corporate culture leads to aligning the objectives and goals of the organization. It is also responsible for the overall organizational well-being. The efforts of the employees are appreciated in an organization with effective corporate culture. Employees have immense satisfaction towards their job. In such kind of organizational culture, the employees are committed to achieve the desired goals. This further creates a positive impact on the overall performance of the employees. According to Abbas, Hayat and Nisar, (2017) an organization can never be complete without the presence of organizational culture, which shows its significance. Organizational includes flexible learning for environment through which environment changes can be easily made. This also includes workforce that is highly responsible, hardworking, powerful, friendly and well-inspired. Chatterjee, Pereira and Bates, (2018) defined culture as the important life direction for a complete society. Moreover, organizational culture has been documented as a vital aspect for bringing the success in the organization and desired performances outcomes. Organizational culture is a vital factor for the success of an organization. The main danger of weak organizational culture includes low employee motivation, frauds and bad behavior of the employees within the workplace. As suggested by Chadwick and Raver (2015) the companies should focus more on organizational culture existing in their workplace to flourish. Organization culture generally varies from one firm to another that might be difficult to improve. In large organizations, it is often seen that employees at lowest level is not properly managed or controlled by the executive teams. Thus, they do not feel great sense of organizational commitment and does not really connected with the organization and role in the company. Connection of Organizational Culture with Organizational Performance: The performance and culture is interrelated based on the perfect associations between the business processes (Lonial Carter, 2015). Various researches have been made to obtain the impact of culture in the organization. In an organization where the top level managements are not facilitators but taskmasters, then it create a negative work culture. The employees in such organization always live in distrust and fear. The organization with negative culture creates an adverse impact on the organizational performance. When the top-level managements are not involved in achieving the organizational goals the organization is bound to perform poorly. The lower level management is unable to understand the assigned tasks and hence is unable to achieve the desired goal. When in an organization there is no cooperation between the employees, entire organization performance is affected. Organizational culture greatly affects the performances of the employees. Henceforth it is important that organizations eliminate the entire negative or favorable factors that slowdown the performances of employees. This fosters a positive organizational culture or positive workplace environment. Organizational culture defines the process through which employees interact with each and complete their assigned tasks The culture paradigm consists various values, rituals, symbols and beliefs that govern the individuals operating style within an organization (Miraglia Wei, 2017). Moreover, the culture of the company provides a right direction to the company and also binds the workforce together. In the time of changes, the main challenges of the organization can arise due to change in the companys culture. The employees become accustomed to a specified way of doing things. Organizational cultures have various impacts on motivation levels and employee performance. More often it is viewed that employees work harder so that organizational goals can be achieved. Different cultures operating in an organization could also impact the performance of the employees. As mentioned by Miraglia and Wei, (2017) the organization maintains a reserved culture such as, talk when necessary and employees should work accordingly. Moreover, if the organization culture is different in one area, like the sales team is allowed to be outspoken and socially active then the organization can experience rivalries among other areas. Therefore if the culture varies in different areas within the management, the performance of the employees can be affected. It is highly significant for the organization to structure its recruitment process accordingly. Employees should be hired and engaged only if they share same values and beliefs that constitutes the culture of the organization. Organization should also ensure that corporate culture should be aligned with the performance management system (Lonial Carter, 2015). When in the organization, if management system and culture are not aligned, management should redirect them. This measure would result in achieving the goals of the organization. Conclusion: Organizational culture facilitates in internalizing joint relationship, which leads to effectively management of the organizational processes. The culture and productivity that exist within the organization helps in performance improvement. The positive relation between the performance and culture helps in improving the efficiency and productivity of the overall organization. Job performances of the employees also generate strong impact on the firms culture as it enhances productivity. The values and norms of company that is based upon different culture strongly influence the work force management. Organizational culture facilities in providing and improving the competitive edge. The group efficiency and employee commitment also affects culture based on organizational sustainability. Therefore, the power and nature of organizational culture strongly influences the effectiveness and sustainability of businesses. References: Abbas, M. A., Hayat, K., Nisar, Q. A. (2017). Othello Essay Research Paper Honesty is one free essay sample

Othello Essay, Research Paper Honesty is one of the most of import factors in Othello. Although there is really small honestness in the drama the term is most normally put to Iago, who besides happens to be the most dishonorable character in Othello. Due partially to the other characters naivet, Iago is capable of pull stringsing, brainwashing, and modeling the other characters to fulfill his demand for retaliation against Othello. Iago would most normally be referred to as dishonest, nevertheless beyond that he is besides downright amoral and uses other s failings to pull strings them into making what he pleases. From the really get downing we see how Iago manipulates Roderigo by feigning he is looking out for his best involvements in the affair of Othello s elopement with Desdemona. He makes Barbantio angry with Othello and Desdemona by stating him about their elopement so lying about the consummation of their relationship. We will write a custom essay sample on Othello Essay Research Paper Honesty is one or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page He so leaves Roderigo to take duty for Iago s actions. In the interim he goes off to inform Othello that Roderigo is accountable for stating Barbantio about the relationship and stating atrocious things about Othello. Iago subsequently brings Roderigo back into his quest for retaliation when he tries to acquire Cassio fired from the place that Iago originally wished to obtain. Although Cassio knows it is against his better opinion to imbibe, Iago manipulates him into acquiring rummy so stages a battle between Roderigo and Cassio. He even goes every bit far as to seek to do Cassio look bad by stating Montano that he gets intoxicated on a regular basis. Upon Iago s account of the state of affairs Othello quickly fires Cassio from his place and Iago becomes more respected in Othello s eyes. Roderigo is a premier illustration of how Iago uses people to carry through his desires. Iago convinces Roderigo that he could win Desdemona s love off from Othello and the lone adult male that stan ds in the manner is Cassio. In this manner when he plans to mortify Cassio it seems as if he is making it to assist out Roderigo when, in actuality, he is seeking retaliation on Cassio for taking his place. One of the chief grounds Iago is so successful at pull stringsing others is because they are excessively transparent to recognize that he is taking advantage of them. Cassio still comes to Iago for advice after Iago rats him out and gets him fired. He still trusts him plenty to inquire for advice on how to acquire his occupation back, the really occupation that Iago is responsible for doing him lose. When Iago gives him this advice he is thankful and confident in Iago s honestness. You advise me good ( 2.3, line 320 ) Iago is so underhand he even manages to pull strings his married woman into dishonesty. He incorporates Emily s engagement into his program to do Othello leery of Cassio and Desdemona s relationship. He besides continuously tries to convince Emily to steal the hankie Othello gave to Desdemona. And when Desdemona drops the handkerchief Emily gives it to Iago without prosecuting what he was traveling to utilize it for. Iago is really clearly fallacious and underhand. He talks about people behind their dorsums on more than one juncture and sometimes negotiations about them to their faces. When Cassio foremost comes to state Othello that Barbantio and several soldiers are looking for him Othello goes into the house go forthing Iago and Cassio outside together. Iago instantly seizes this chance and Tells Cassio that Othello is kiping with Desdemona. Although Iago gives Othello the feeling that he is on his side when Barbantio, Roderigo, and the guards find Othello Iago says, Roderigo! I am for you ( 1.2, line 59 ) . Subsequently when Roderigo looks to Iago for advice Iago comes off as a lovingness friend and every bit shortly as he leaves he begins dissing him and noticing on his stupidity. However, the characters do non look to detect Iago s dishonesty. On the contrary, they praise him for being so honest. Iago pushes the thought of him being an honest adult male to the point where he brainwashes others into believing he is honorable so uses it to his advantage. When plotting to interrupt up a happy matrimony or seeking retaliation on others he uses phrases such every bit, As honest as I am, and in the earnestness of love and honest kindness. None of these phrases portray the true feelings of Iago. In fact in Act I scene I he tells Roderigo of how merely a fool Acts of the Apostless honest and he suggests seting oneself before honestness, which is precisely what he does. Others begin to see Iago as an honest adult male, particularly Othello. He is described by Othello as a chap of transcending honestness, Cassio claims to neer hold met a Florentine so sort and honest. Desdemona tells Emily that Iago is an honorable adult male and Othello feels that his honestness and love doth mince the affair of Cassio s being fired. In fact, Othello tells the governor that Iago is a adult male of hon estness and trust and even puts his married woman in Iago s custodies while he is off. Iago uses this trust to his advantage. He holds me good, the better shall my purpose work on him ( 1.3, lines 391-392 ) Iago uses Othello s trust to demand avenge upon him for non giving him the occupation he wanted and kiping with his married woman, which was really an improbable rumour that hadn T been proved. Other characters in the drama are non wholly honest. Desdemona does non state her male parent about her elopement with Othello, and Roderigo is ever seeking to steal Desdemona off from Othello. However, no 1 is as dishonest, amoral, and downright corrupt as Iago. Yet, curiously plenty, Iago is praised for his honestness far more than any other character. Which shows the naivet of

Location and its effect on success or failure essays

Location and its effect on success or failure essays The Amish of Lancaster Pennsylvania (and Indiana) relied on the availability of good farmland for their success. At the time of their settling land was readily available and in large tracts. Even though much of the land needed to be cleared of trees and rocks the Amish were accustomed to hard physical labor so this was not a problem. They were able to establish a very successful farming operation, both grain and livestock. Their lifestyle was very restrictive so their proximity to larger populations in the early days was not even an issue. Today on the other hand, their farms have become centrally located within the state as a result of the continued development around them. They do still own enough land to be self sufficient and successful. The opportunity to sell excess goods and their highly reputed skills and labor as builders and craftsmen has added to their success and allowed their community to expand to other areas of the country. Today, just 18 miles from my house th ere are a growing number of Amish living today. They operate a highly successful dairy operation and a lumber mill. They also sell baked goods from a roadside stand located just east of Rockville on the south side of US 36. My wife and I look forward to frequent Saturday morning trips to buy fresh baked pies, cakes, cookies and best of all bread. They have adopted very few modern conveniences, but still manage to prosper in today's society while still adhering to their traditional way of life and worship. I say welcome to the Hoosier Heartland!!! The next of the communities I would like to discuss is the Oneida Community, located in upstate New York. Even though their community failed due to a number of reasons, their geographic location could only be slightly responsible. The fact that the neighboring communities, and the East Coast "New England" area as a whole were for the most part considered to be rather conservative, this led to a lot of r ...

Medicine in islam Research Paper Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1250 words

Medicine in islam - Research Paper Example Through such an analysis is the hope of this author that the reader will be able to gain a more informed and rational understanding with regard to the many different developments within different fields that Islam was able to contribute to the world at large. Moreover, as a direct result of the fact that the early Islamic Empire was able to engage different ethnic groups of different cultures and backgrounds, many of the â€Å"developments† that will be referenced will in fact be the result of syncretic adaptation and borrowing that took place within the early Islamic community. Firstly, it is oftentimes incorrectly attributed that it was early Islamic philosophers that first determined that blood circulated throughout the body. However, this myth has widely been dispelled as it is now understood that it was in fact Greeks who put forward this hypothesis several centuries prior to Islamic civilization existing. However, with that being said, it was Islamic civilization and philosophy that presented the world of medicine a greater understanding with regard to the way in which blood circulated through the body as a result of ventricles and movements of the aorta. Such a level of understanding was of course profound with respect to the manner through which it helped healthcare professionals to understand how to treat a patient (Ghaly 106). As a direct result of the way in which knowledge increases and individuals come to integrate with new technology, cauterize nation and bloodletting were substantial further developments to this particular breakthrough that w ere also engaged by the early Islamic world. Whereas it is true that bloodletting is no longer utilized, broadly speaking, within the current world of medicine, it is most certainly the case that cauterizing wounds is utilized within almost every type of surgical procedure that exists within the current era. How effective were attempts to protect soldiers in the war Essay

How effective were attempts to protect soldiers in the war - Essay Example This protection strategy was dependent on sniper protection who remained vigil above ground at a strategic vantage point where they would fire an enemy who approached the trenches. The safety of the soldiers in the trenches is thus dependent on the sniper. As a protective strategy this was quite ineffective as at sometimes the enemies got unnoticed hence attacking and killing the officers in trenches. The soldiers taking cover in trenches as a protective strategy for the soldiers was not successful as it resulted in loss of lives of the soldiers ( Grayzel 76). For the prisoner at war, they were kept in deplorable conditions that made them quite uncomfortable. The vivid explanation of the conditions in which they were kept with lack of enough food and general supplies highlight the lack of effectiveness in the protection strategies of soldiers during the World War I period. The letters reveal how they were kept in the barracks where they were quite crowded and no space for sleeping comfortable. Because of such like deplorable conditions, it resulted in deaths of prisoners of war in the process. Despite the fact that they were prisoners of war, as human right they ought to have been protected and treated in a human way. This however was not the case as they were left for dead and survival like pigs. Many human rights activists were of the opinion that such like treatment of prisoners of war was not an effective war strategy to protect the soldiers. The food was also rationed in one of the letters the soldier describes the condition as â€Å"the prisoners will have only 12 ounces of bread a day† ( Grayzel 77). This shows the great extent to which they were denied the basic human right of survival. Despite the harsh weather conditions the soldiers were not well taken care off as regards warm clothing in the winter. The sanitary conditions in barracks were also wanting. To a great extent the treatment and protection

Red Bull Marketing Essay Example for Free

Red Bull Marketing Essay From 1987, Red Bull was launched in Austria with the tag line â€Å"Red Bull verleiht Fluuugel† (Red Bull Gives You Wiiings). It wasn’t until 1992 that Red Bull began to roll out in other European countries. â€Å"Part of the growth strategy was to enter new markets slowly and methodically in order to maximise buzz and build anticipation† Keller, K. L (2008 *A) By 1997, Red Bull was available in 25 markets globally, including Western and Eastern Europe, New Zealand and South Africa. Over the decade since its inception Red Bulls sales by 200%, from 1. million units to over 200 million units, and by 2004 the company had worldwide annual sales of nearly 2 billion cans in 120 countries. The Marketing Strategy used by Red Bull was not to pound the market with their presence but to be seen as an exclusivity, and to be perceived as the drink for all occasions when needed. In this way, marketers left empty cans in nightclubs, placed samples and dispensers in universities and allowed the value of Red Bull to spread via word of mouth. Red Bull marketed the following properties: * Improves Physical Endurance Stimulates Metabolism and Eliminates Waste Substances * Improves Overall Feeling of Well-being * Improves Reaction Speed and Concentration * Increases Mental Alertness These characteristics of the Red Bull product opened itself up to a whole range of potential consumers and marketing situations. Because of its properties, Red Bull used the slogan â€Å"Revitalizes Mind and Body†, and positioned the drink using a premium pricing strategy, marking the price up by at least 10% on the most expensive competitors product. Norbert Krailhamer explains: We are much more expensive that [cola]. This is OK because ours is an efficiency product, so we can charge this price premium, which is the secret of its success†¦ Due to the respect for a price premium brand†¦ we can charge what is fair for the benefit† Keller, K. L (2008 *A) A large portion of Red Bull’s success has to do with the use of the distinctive Red Bulls and Rising Sun logo and slender 250mL can as seen on their sponsorship sign writing and general advertising. It is debatable whether or not Red Bull would be as popular and successful without this insignia. Evidence of this can be traced to the introduction of Red Bull in Germany , where the demand was so great that they sold out of canned stock and had to switch to glass bottles to keep up with the demand. As soon as the bottles were introduced the demand dropped. The success of Red Bulls marketing strategy can be highlighted with the bungled entry of Red Bull into the United Kingdom in 1995. The marketers believed that the United Kingdom was too different from the Austrian market, so altered the marketing plan. The changes occurred in three distinct ways: â€Å"Extract: 1) the company marketed Red Bull as a sports drink, not a stimulation drink; 2) it did not pursue a word-of-mouth strategy, choosing instead to sell via the largest beverage channels; and 3) it created new advertising and focused on billboards rather than electronic media. As a result, Red Bull was considered a failure in the United Kingdomafter losing more than $10 million during the first 18 months in that market. † Keller, K. L (2008 *A) 1. Introduction: Red Bull GmbH, the Austrian based energy drink manufacturer is a remarkable brand that has grown to surpass some of the worlds most established brands. After founder Dietrich Mateschitz returned from Asia with the rights to patent Red Bull and alter it to suit the Western market, he had a defined idea in his mind as to what he wanted to achieve with the energy drink. After trialing more than 200 designs and finally cementing the right combination of caffeine, taurine, carbonation and flavoring the â€Å"original† Red Bull flavor was established. What follows is the amazing story of how Red Bull was marketed in Austria and then from 1992 onwards into the rest of Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and the United Kingdom. Some of the key stones in the Red Bull brand marketing triumph has been the simplicity of their marketing approach through application, the positioning of the product and the clever ways in which they have side stepped traditional channels when bringing the product to the market and building the buzz and anticipation of Red Bull rather than just solely relying on the decision making derived from traditional advertising methods. The diversity of the Red Bull brand has allowed itself to move with the market and remain the worlds most popular energy drink. Looking at the brands tangible flexibility can even be posed at the move in the market to sugar free beverages and the quick and succinct way that Red Bull acted in order to uphold its position and remain creditable at the same time. As of the 2009 financial year, Red Bull GmbH had net sales report of 3. 3billion dollars and now has 3900 employees worldwide. Source: BNET Resources 2. Brand Positioning and Values From the day of inception, Dietrich Mateschitz had a clear plan for how he wanted to establish Red Bull. The current positioning has left Red Bull in a very strong position among the market place and the values that it represents are continually being lived up to through its corporate presence in our daily lives. The position of Red Bull is: â€Å"Revitalizes Mind and Body† this tangible benefit, direct from Red Bull endorses the product to satisfy consumer needs before they have even made a purchase. Red Bull has also positioned themselves as the â€Å"Premium Energy Drink† above all other energy drinks in the market. The key word in this phrase being ‘premium’ as Red Bull has an exclusive appeal and a higher market price than its competitors; factors that have been thought through very thoroughly by the Red Bull marketing team. The â€Å"Premium Pricing Strategy† that Red Bull has incorporated, dictates that Red Bull will be priced at a rate 10% higher than the most expensive competitors price to ensure the class standard of the Red Bull name and set the standard for all of the rest of the competitors. In addition to the Premium Pricing Strategy, Red Bull introduced the Seeding Program, whereby initially Red Bull would only be stocked in the best and most classy establishments, whether this be exclusive clubs, nightclubs, bars, sporting events and related events to build the necessary hype or buzz about Red Bull, and to enable the word of mouth from the social elite to filter down into the working class. Once the market place was saturated with Red Bull buzz, the general market received the product too. In addition to the Word of Mouth strategy, Red Bull would supplement this with event sponsorship, athlete endorsements, sampling, point of purchase marketing and select electronic advertising. This allowed Red Bull to cover the necessary avenues which potential consumers were likely to come into contact with the brand and go on to purchase the drink. The values of the Red Bull brand are derived from the benefits of the drink itself: * Improves Physical Endurance * Stimulates Metabolism and Eliminates Waste Substances. Improves Overall Feeling of Well-being Improves Reaction Speed and Concentration * Increases Mental Alertness The Red Bull brand encourages the consumer to go to their potential and offers an aid in doing so. But offering these benefits in their product, Red Bull values the extension of horizons and energetic approaches to life. This can be summed up through their corporate sponsorship of Extreme Sporting events, individual athletes, the creation of events or the sponsorship of teams. The reasoning behind this is that these events are fast paced, high energy, thrilling and require exactly what Red Bull has to offer. By encouraging these types of events and endorsing the elimination of comfort zones, Red Bull is positioning itself as a goal, a motivation and a stimulant that can be harnessed to achieve any goal. Red Bulls success can be likened to the single-minded approach they have used n order to connect with their target market; 14 – 19yr olds and then the next highest penetration 20 – 29yr olds. Red Bull is an active product in today’s trendy lifestyle habits and is being reflected through their values and displays encouragement of abnormal sporting activities. . The Red Bull Air Races† in Perth Australia; and sponsorship of Mark Webber and Formula One. From a nationality point of view, Red Bull chooses the idols of sport and eye catching events to promote itself as well as support the people in question. This is seen all around the world and has been a strong driver in the popularity of Red Bull in certain areas of the world. Because Red Bull is a stimulant drink, it makes sense to market to the whole variety of consumers in the market place. In its 23 years of operations, the initial people who would have used Red Bull for â€Å"party energy† at nightclubs and parties will now be moving through to the quieter portion of their lives, however this does not mean they will no longer need Red Bull. Working long or irregular hours, studying and going the added distance is still important; therefore Red Bull has applied its benefit across several generations and the cycle continues. 3. Brand Characteristics Red Bull is now a very distinctive product in the market place and can be recognized based on some key points. Two Red Bulls and Rising Sun Logo * Slender Silver 250mL can (with silver and blue pattern) The name Red Bull * Endorsed Events or Persons i. e. Mark Webber As opposed to other energy drinks on the market it is the most represented and advertised product on supermarket shelving in Australia, (per unit) and is represented by an 80:20 spread of cans to bottles in the standard 250mL variety(1). Dominant characteristics of Red Bull include its involvement in Extreme Sports, high-energy events and the encouragement of athletes and the involvement within comfort breaking activities. It is important to note that the Red Bull marketing strategy encourages the promotion of the brand through non-traditional channels and is not seen in the same context as traditional carbonated drinks, or energy drinks. This fact makes adds to the characteristics of the brand. People recognize Red Bull based on its involvement and support in events and occasions. Rather than times, controversies or lengthy advertising campaigns which try to deliver a message over a long period of time. The marketing message for Red Bull has remained consistent throughout the 23-year reign it has had in the marketplace; adding to the resilience of Red Bulls brand characteristics. The Red Bull Australia website promotes Red Bull as: â€Å"Red Bull  ® Energy Drink has always been and always will be more than just a hot secret for the night owl and the non-stop party-animal. It is appreciated by a wide range of people, such as the overworked taxi driver, the stressed manager, the exam-anxious student and the pressured journalist†¦. It is used by surfers in the summer and snowboarders in the winter. For day or night, for job or fun. People who need more energy learn to value Red Bull ® Energy Drink. And the number of people who do is increasing all the time. † Red Bull Australia 2010 The Red Bull Australia website explains, through a marketing set spiel the characteristics of the brand and the direct benefiters. The exert highlights very clearly the intentions of the brand and the way in which it is appreciated. 4. Product Benefits and Consumer Satisfaction Red Bull markets itself on the two phrases â€Å"Gives You Wings† and â€Å"Revitalizes Mind and Body†. This can be demonstrated through its ingredients: Caffeine, Taurine, Sucrose Glucuronolactone, Glucose and B-Group Vitamins. These six ingredients all combine to give Red Bull the kick that consumers need. * Improves Physical Endurance * Stimulates Metabolism and Eliminates Waste Substances * Improves Overall Feeling of Well-being * Improves Reaction Speed and Concentration * Increases Mental Alertness As stated earlier the benefits listed by Red Bull allow themselves to be focused on a wide variety of people, whether they be office workers, truck drivers, athletes, students or partying. The given benefits of Red Bull provide the reasoning to buy and continue re-buying. Consumer satisfaction based on the product benefits is evident through the sales figures that Red Bull has been generating, with positive growth of 10% or more per annum. Performance the American Market shows the Market share of Red Bull compared to its competitors: Based on its 42. 6% share of the energy drink market sales in 2006, it is evident that Red Bull is a satisfying and enticing product. A large portion of Red Bulls ability to satisfy both physically and mentally comes from the consumption of the drink and seeing the performance of those around the consumer who are either consuming Red Bull or endorsed by Red Bull. This positive reinforcement from the elements encourages the consumer to drink more and to be brand loyal to Red Bull. 5. Brand Communities Red Bull’s mass sponsorship and consumer loyalty would work considerably well with a network of dedicated Red Bull Communities, rather than just the Red Bull sponsored, run and presented events. The basic criteria for the Red Bull Brand Community have already been met with the purchase of a Red Bull Product, as they have features and needs that are common to the other consumers who had purchased Red Bull previously. Ways that Red Bull could maximize on this could be through loyalty reward schemes, groups, emailing lists, gatherings, committees or clubs. While the idea of a Red Bull Brand community is appealing the practical application of one of these communities would be an expensive and difficult task to manage. The on paper, and metaphorical idea of a Brand community is a safer, more cost effective and ultimately simple Utopia when thought through. The Brand Community idea is one that should have been conceived during the introduction to the market or while the market was considerably smaller and more manageable. Red Bull uses the basic premise of Brand Communities already with their Red Bull Events and Sponsorships, in which it is then upon the individual to become a consumer and subscribe to these communities. The stress between the brand, the individual and the culture in which both exist is not under any amount of tension in the current marketplace and does not need to be altered at any point in the near future. The Brand Community, which Red Bull could potentially highlight, contains around 1 Billion people globally and would require large amounts of money to communicate to all of these people, let alone bring attention to it and get consumers to act upon it. 6. Brand Equities Red Bull has at its disposal a large set of Brand Equity that it uses to distinguish itself from other energy drinks and its competitors. These include its logo, its amber coloring, its taste, advertising, packaging, pricing and its reputation as a reliable and beneficial product for onsumers. In comparison to its competitors, Red Bull prides itself on being an al rounder energy drink that can be consumed anytime, in the right conditions, at the right place and the right time. Which has worked well for Red Bull as they have positioned the brand specifically to suit any occasion and to answer â€Å"Yes† to any of the Three Right questions. The development of these brand equities has been a continuous run through the development of Red Bull as a brand and its establishment in all the countries it now occupies space in. The Red Bull logo is a key device in the success of Red Bull and is possibly the strongest asset that they have in terms of Brand Equity. Many comparisons of competitor energy drinks such as Rockstar, Monster and Sobe No Fear yielded results that consumers could not differentiate between the Red Bull and its competitors while using unmarked cups and blindfold tests according to Helium Comparison Tests. In a real market perspective this fact is worrying that competitors are fabricating similar tasting products and that they are indistinguishable from one another. However this instance is found across all products in any category when basing comparisons without brand equities such as packaging, logos and distinctive colorings. Red Bulls marketing strategy has ensured that the strength on the product based on its merits receives the credit it deserves. The initial slow entry into markets, creating buzz and desired anticipation of the products has proven valuable for Red Bulls long term existence and has given merit to them too, in that they did ot let down the people who had tried the product based on hype and anticipation, creating return buyers and brand loyalties. Red Bull’s price premium is considered a winner with the market place as people believe that paying for benefit is better than paying for volume, as can be seen with competitors such as Rockstar who sell only the 500mL cans of energy drink and who deliver solely on their marketability rather than on product benefit such as Red Bull has done. The pricing premium has ensured that Red Bull be taken on its quality rather than on a commodity measurement ike quantity. This perceived value given to it and received by consumers tightens the consumer’s loyalty to the brand. Red Bull has seen a long run of marketing in sporting events and endorsing athletes to create awareness to potential consumers of its benefits in sporting activities, on and off the field. This spending on endorsements and events is evidence to the wider community that Red Bull is not just about profiteering, but supports the sporting world and provides entertainment and encouragement to those people who would like to strive to this level. However know where does Red Bull market itself to state that it will put you in this position. The clever marketing strategies which Red Bull have used remain honest and aim solely to promote Red Bull in a positive light whilst involving the consumers it is reaching out to. The Brand Equity that Red Bull keeps is a well-earned set of criteria that has been nursed from the beginning of the brand back in 1987 in Austria. The expansion of Red Bull into more than 120 countries is a sign of strength and highlights the diverse regions of differing brand equities among varying cultures. The underlying success of Red Bull remains in the marketing strategy that put it ahead of the competition in the first place. Without this, the basics of brand equities would not exist and Red Bull would follow the same course of one of its competitors. Because of this I believe that Red Bulls greatest brand equity is the brand itself and its history among the market over the past 23 years. Combining all of the elements discussed previously and essential make up of campaigns, strategies, advertising, targeted markets, successes and failures. This long history will benefit Red Bull in the long term, as it will become even more cemented into the grain of society and stay as the go to energy drink, rather than the fad competition products which have entered into the market in order to unseat the firmly held Red Bull. As for the continuing growth of Red Bulls Brand equity listings that is to be foreseen in the future, but there is little doubt that it will continue to build positively as the Red Bull product range changes to suit the coming changes to the current market. When it does I have no doubt that Red Bull GmbH will be ready for it. . Conclusion The Red Bull Branding Story follows a long timeline of success and obstacles that Red Bull GmbH has turned into triumphs. Red Bull have managed to turn a small Austrian drinks company into a global giant as one of the fastest growing brands and now staying true to one of the most popular of the 21st Century. Over the course of the 23 years that Red Bull has been manufactured, we can see a growing trend and the synthetic need created by Red Bull for energy stimulation drinks; and now the popularity of them to a point where we could no longer exist without them. Red Bull has become part of pop culture and every day slang and jargon, which intensifies its impact on the market and its sustainability in the consumers mind. As far as brands go, Red Bull has remained faithful to its consumers and to its own marketing goals, with little to no changes to the marketing strategy, the product packaging and flavoring, besides of course the Sugar Free Red Bull. This steadfast approach to marketing has clearly worked and a comparison of Red Bull and other Energy drinks shows that these brands lack the same commitment that Red Bull has.
